We've built every tool on Deecliq to be genuinely useful and to work the way it's described. Even so, with 60+ tools handling everything from PDFs to data conversion to web scraping, we want to be honest about where the responsibility sits — both ours and yours — so there are no surprises.

Our free and premium tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep everything accurate and reliable, and most issues reported to us get fixed the same day — but we can't guarantee a tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to every use case.

3. You're Responsible for Your Own Files & Data

• You're responsible for the files, text, and data you upload, paste, or process through our tools.
• Please don't run anything through Deecliq that you don't have the rights to use, or that contains sensitive information you're not comfortable processing through a third-party tool.
• Always keep your own backup of important files before converting, merging, splitting, or otherwise modifying them with our tools — we're not responsible for data loss from your own workflow.

Nothing on Deecliq — including tool outputs, chatbot replies, or blog-style content — constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For decisions that matter, please consult a qualified professional.

Some tools (like our web scraping or batch downloader utilities) interact with third-party websites you point them at. We don't control those sites, and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or terms of use — using those tools responsibly and lawfully is on you.
