  • Required Tags: All 27 metadata tags must be present
  • Default Values: issuing-body and country-of-issue must have "DEFAULT"
  • Compliance Date: Must be 1900-01-01 or 1901-01-01
  • Translation Type: English β†’ Language=EN, Native β†’ Languageβ‰ EN
  • Document Type: Must start with "DEFAULT -"
  • Update Date: Should be today's date (2025-07-25)
  • BookLoadType: Must be "Update"
